Description

We’re hiring a CRM/Email Marketing Specialist to support and scale our marketing operations.

This is a Middle+ level role, where your main focus will be working with HubSpot Marketing Hub as the core tool. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in HubSpot, who can independently manage email campaigns, build automation workflows, and drive data-based improvements.

You’ll be responsible for creating and launching email campaigns, managing and segmenting the CRM database, and analyzing performance — while continuously optimizing communication through automation, A/B testing, and insights.

Work Format & Conditions

– Full-time position

– Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)

– Flexible schedule: you can shift your working hours earlier, as long as you remain available during core hours

– B2B contract (you’ll be working as an independent contractor)

Description

• Creation and launch of email newsletters and automated email sequences.
• Database management and segmentation to ensure targeted communication.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: open rate, click-through rate, conversions.
• Checking email deliverability and spam scores to maintain high-quality mailing standards.
• Continuous improvement of email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact database management, launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub and building custom analytics reports within the platform.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical systems to track campaign results.
• Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
• B2+ level of English or higher – ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
• C1+ level of Russian.
• Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Copywriting skills will be a plus.
• Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop will be a plus.
